There will be elections in 2025 for the Forsyth County municipalities of Bethania, Clemmons, Kernersville, Lewisville, Rural Hall, Tobaccoville, and Walkertown. If you are interested in running for office, please contact Chair Jenny Marshall. The FCDP will offer introductory sessions for persons interesting in running for office and training classes for candidates. Let's get great candidates running for every open seat!

- Tuesday, October 7, 2025 Second partisan primary if one is requested, nonpartisan primary, or general election if using the election and runoff method: Various municipalities
- Tuesday, November 4, 2025 General Election

The candidate filing period for the 2026 primary election begins on Monday, December 1, 2025 at 12pm (Noon) and ends on Friday, December 19, 2025 at 12pm.
