Community Notice: Legends Ball Rescheduled for Fall 2026
The African American Caucus of Forsyth County extends its sincere appreciation to our community, supporters, sponsors, honorees, and everyone who has expressed enthusiasm for the upcoming Legends Ball.
After thoughtful consideration, we have decided to move the event originally scheduled for August 15, 2026 to a new date this fall. This adjustment will allow us to strengthen the program, expand community participation, and create an even more meaningful celebration honoring Dr. Virginia K. Newell and Evelyn Terry for their extraordinary leadership, service, and lasting impact on Forsyth County.
We are grateful for the encouragement and support already received. All previously purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event, and the new date and additional details will be announced soon.
Thank you for your understanding, partnership, and continued commitment to celebrating the people whose courage, vision, and service have helped shape our community. We look forward to gathering with you this fall for an inspiring and memorable evening.
