If you prefer to contribute by check, make it payable to FCDP, and mail to or drop off at the Forsyth County Democratic Party, 723 Coliseum NW, S. 201, Winston-Salem, NC 27106. Include a note with your full name, address, phone number, occupation and employer or if retired, write Not Employed (information required by state election law).
If you are making a donation in honor of or in memory of someone, please include details in the note sent with your check.
