Any registered Democrat, 50 years and older: $25 annual membership donation
Associate member (under 50 years old): $15 annual membership donation

If you prefer to pay by check, send a check payable to Senior Democrats of Forsyth County to FC Senior Democrats, 723 Coliseum Drive NW, S. 201, Winston-Salem, NC 27106. Include a note with your full name, address, phone number, email address, and your occupation and employer or if retired, write Not Employed (required by State Election law).
